Reviews and Ratings
The hotel offers spacious, gorgeous rooms furnished to a very high standard at a very reasonable price. The glass wall in the bedroom was absolutely stunning, with the highlight being the bath. The service was top-notch, with fantastic food and a great atmosphere, although there was a slight hiccup with hungover staff. The location is amazing, overlooking lavender fields and near Beamish Museum. The dining was excellent with good choices and large portions, but the breakfast start time could be earlier. Overall, a highly recommended stay.
I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The rooms were spacious, gorgeous, and well-equipped for our comfort, although they were a little on the warm side. The service was incredibly professional and friendly, making me feel at home. The location was beautiful, with unreal gardens and amazing rooms. The dining experience was pretty good too. Overall, a lovely stay with minor room temperature concerns and service discrepancies.
The hotel had beautiful rooms furnished to a high standard in a great location. However, our stay was marred by a noisy party that lasted until early morning since there was no night security or response to out-of-hours calls.
